With organic non-homogenised milk from our grass pastured British Friesian cows, the organic Creamery on our farm make award-winning organic cheese by hand using traditional, artisan methods. Which we think deserves just the right biscuit.
These crisp charcoal biscuits are perfect with our smooth and creamy Windrush goat's cheese, or the rich, piquant flavours of our Bledington Blue or a salty, fruity Gorgonzola. Add sweet, buttery hazelnuts to the cheeseboard, and a glass of red wine.
