With organic non-homogenised milk from our grass pastured British Friesian cows, the organic Creamery on our farm make award-winning organic cheese by hand using traditional, artisan methods. Which we think deserves just the right biscuit.
The crumbly texture and slightly sweet flavour, makes these the perfect partner for mature and tasty cow's milk cheeses like our award-winning organic Cheddar and rind-washed Baywell. We also love them with smoked salmon and crème fraîche or chicken liver pâté, and a cold glass of Blanc de Léoube or our Brown Bull Bitter.
