
Block of marzipan with 63% almonds – extra high grade almond content – perfect for making petit four or other treats where the marzipan is not baked. This is a very smooth marzipan with great depth of flavour – favoured by most Danish bakers. You can use this marzipan for making a very gourmet Kransekage almond-ring cake. For most baked marzipan recipes, 50% almond content is fine.
