Fancy adding a little tipple to your teatime? This scrumptious, mildly alcoholic jam is an entirely natural by-product, made with fresh gin-soaked raspberries left over from producing Pinkster gin. The bulk of raspberries used in Pinkster are recycled as Boozy Berries, and the raspberries that don’t make the cut (because they’re rather too mashed) are now being used for this Gin Jam. Great on toast, in cakes, and as a cocktail ingredient too - all the while ensuring minimal wastage and sustainable gin-making. As Good Housekeeping observed: "Why has no one thought of this before?"
