- 100% pure Sardinian tomato paste, with no additional preservatives, salt or thickeners. 

- Made in Sardinia using tomatoes sourced from within three kilometres of the Casar factory. From field to paste in less than twelve hours. 

- Freshly picked tomatoes are turned into a dense paste using the traditional method of evaporation. 

- Produced in August, when the concentration of flavour and sugars in the tomatoes is at its height.
