We roast speciality arabica coffee for one reason: it's the best-tasting coffee in the world. So good in fact that only a fraction of beans grown in the world are speciality (it's a seriously rigorous grading process done by experts). So, when you sit down to your cup of Cupsmith you know that you're drinking a world class cup of coffee.
