To create these seriously good Yorkshire Parkin Biscuits we have brought together the medium course oatmeal, black treacle, syrup and ginger, all of which are in our Yorkshire Parkin family recipe which dates back over 100 years.
These ingredients have been blended together in perfect proportion, making this seriously good biscuit quite unique.

In true Yorkshire fashion, these biscuits are seriously good when 'dunked' in a mug of tea!
