'I love this stuff! The Wasabi Company is anyway a favourite of mine, but this mayo is something special. I adore it with prawns, when its carefully modulated horseradish-like heat seems to bring out the sweetness of the shrimp, and it is a knock-out with cold roast beef (especially in a sandwich) or spread on the bun when you’re making burgers. And it’s my mayo of choice (even over homemade mayonnaise) when I make tartare sauce.' Nigella Lawson
