What happens after I place an order?

After we receive your order, our team gets to work. We source your item(s) from various British and European vendors which generally takes a few days. Once you entire order is received, we EITHER ship directly to you thru international shipping methods OR we bulk ship the items to our US facility (whichever is faster). After inspection, our US facility ships to you using domestic carriers (USPS, UPS, Fedex). Either way, tracking is always sent to the email on file. Start to finish, most orders are fulfilled in approximately 2 weeks.

From daily favorite foods to gourmet products, health & beauty supplies, even to laundry & cleaning supplies!  Think of us as your personal grocery shopper for all things European! What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving their items, provided the products are in new, unused condition with original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods and custom products, are non-returnable.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on the location and shipping method selected. For items shipping from the US, delivery typically ranges from 1 to 6 business days. Items shipping from the UK may take approximately 10-17 business days. All orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment. If you have not received your order within 10-12 days of placing the order, please contact us for assistance.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

In the rare event that an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by replacing the item at no additional charge or issuing a refund if a replacement is not available. Please note: British & European packaging is less robust than products in the US. Minor defects to outer packaging are common during international travel but we inspect to make sure original factory seals are intact.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not actively offer exchanges. However, you may return a new, unused item for a refund and place a separate order for a different item.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and digital payment options. All payment methods will be displayed at checkout for your convenience.

Are there additional charges for tariffs or duties?

Nuline Traders does not charge customers additional fees for tariffs or duties. What you pay at checkout is final.
