More than just a relish!

This mysterious little relish catches you off guard with fresh lime flavours followed by earthy cumin and a growing warmth. A great match with a curry and poppadoms, fabulous in a burger, and its zingy flavour pairs perfectly with blue cheeses and rich pates. Try as a marinade for a meaty fish on the barbecue like basa or hake.

Stir a couple of tablespoons through some greek yoghurt for a quick and easy dip.
