A new take on the classic Swedish gourmet crispbread, Leksands Sourdough Crispbread is made using sourdough with malt, giving it a wonderful texture with a bit of bite to it. Full of fibre, it is a great alternative to traditional bread. It has a rich, luxurious flavour and is suitable both for everyday and special occasions.

When I’m too tired to cook, or have had a huge lunch, a couple of these with half a Capricorn soft goats cheese piled up on each, is a very happy-making light supper! And when I want a treat, whatever the time of day, a Leksand crispbread with Crème de St Agur spread thickly on top, is my first port of call. If I absolutely had to choose which of the three varieties was my favourite, I think I would have to say the Sourdough, but actually I love them all so much I get the three on rotation."
