I am a nut-free, gluten-free, grain-free flour stripped of all nasties! I am milled extra-fine from whole tigernuts, which despite their name are not actually a nut! Tigernuts are an ancient root vegetable that hails from West Africa. They are nutrient dense, fibre rich and a great prebiotic to aid digestion.
