Our Il Tinello Orange Label Balsamic Vinegar is produced just outside of Modena, the historical heart of balsamic vinegar production in Italy.  Certified PGI (Protected Geographical indication) the Il Tinello Orange Label is an exceptional value, high quality balsamic vinegar which will elevate your dishes with its sweet acidic balance and rounded mouthful.  With a Brix grade of 50 this vinegar is recommended for lighter meat or fish dishes and as a final flourish the end of roasts and stews .

A female-founded business, Il Tinello is a brand of the Il Borgo del Balsamico Acetaia which was started by the Crotti sisters having grown from their father’s previously small and very local business which started producing vinegar in 1970.

Using traditional ageing methods Il Tinello is a 100% natural product with no colouring agents, preservatives or added flavourings.
