Introducing La Molisana Farfalle Rigate (Striped) Pasta No.66 a delightful twist on a classic pasta shape. The name Farfalle comes from the Italian word "Farfalla", meaning butterfly. Rigate means "ridges".
The unique ridged shape of La Molisana Penne Rigate provides an excellent surface to hold any type of sauce. Great paired with cream based sauces such as a creamy mushroom sauce or the classic alfredo sauce. Farfalle also work well in soups and salads.
