A De Cecco Premium Gluten Free Pasta made from using. Wholewheat Rice Flour, Sorghum Flour, Teff Flour,Vegetbale fatty acids.  All produced with the 5 step Method and slow dried at low temperature. Always Aldente. 

Whole wheat rice flour, Corn flour, Sorghum flour, Teff flour, Mono and diglyceride emulsifiers of fatty acids of vegetable origin.
