A Classic Swedish gourmet crispbread, Leksands Normalgraddat is baked following a traditional family recipe, and is a great allrounder. It has a mild rye flavour that works well with any of your favourite toppings.
"These Swedish crispbreads are just gorgeous – and, yes, I do know that describing any crispbread as gorgeous sounds suspect, but if you’ve only ever come across cardboardy, tasteless crispbread these will be a revelation. When I’m too tired to cook, or have had a huge lunch, a couple of these with half a Capricorn soft goats cheese piled up on each, is a very happy-making light supper! And when I want a treat, whatever the time of day, a Leksand crispbread with Crème de St Agur spread thickly on top, is my first port of call. If I absolutely had to choose which of the three varieties was my favourite, I think I would have to say the Sourdough, but actually I love them all so much I get the three on rotation."
