Made with fresh fig, mixed with a white balsamic and extra virgin olive oil, this salad dressing has a great balance of fruitiness and acidity. Made with 100% natural ingredients, with no added sugar and is gluten free & wheat free. Made in Greece, where they are renowned for the excellent quality of their figs and they grow in abundance close by the olives groves of Messinia, the pulp of the fig is then mixed with a white balsamic cream and a co-operative made extra virgin olive oil.
